• Health Data: Step counts and sleep records that you choose to import from Google Health Connect or Apple Health.
• Images: Photos you upload to track the visual progress of your injuries.
• Crash Reports: Technical information about app crashes to help us improve stability.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Display your injury tracking and recovery progress within the app
• Generate PDF reports of your injury logs when you request them
• Improve app stability and performance through crash reports

Local Storage & Data Security

Your privacy is our priority. All your personal data, including injury information, health data, and photos, are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or store your personal information on any cloud servers.

This on-device approach means:

• Your data remains under your control at all times
• Your personal health information never leaves your device (except through exports you initiate)
• You don't need to worry about third-party access to your sensitive health information

Health Data Integration

When you choose to import health data (steps and sleep records) from Google Health Connect or Apple Health:

• We request only specific data points needed for your recovery tracking
• This integration requires your explicit permission
• The imported data is stored locally on your device only

Crash Analytics

We use Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports that help us improve app stability. This information includes:

• Technical details about app crashes
• Device model and operating system
• App version and performance metrics

Crash reports do not contain any personal data or injury information.

Data Export

You can export your data as PDF reports. This process:

• Is initiated only by you
• Creates a local file on your device
• Does not transmit data to our servers

What you do with these exports (such as sharing them with healthcare providers) is entirely your choice.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access all your data directly within the app
• Delete any injury records, logs, or photos at any time
• Export your data in PDF format
• Uninstall the app to remove all data (as everything is stored locally)

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes through the app.
